Step 1
Container & Placement

Service Frequency: During our initial setup, select a service frequency that best suits your organization's needs.

Console Installation: We place a 30-Gallon electronics recycling console within the immediate area of use, as per your direction.

Key Accessibility: A console key is provided to your office manager at no extra cost, offering the flexibility to access the console contents as needed.
Step 2
Designated Accumulation Area

Prior to use, we will place a security liner into the paper shredding console to catch all of the paper for secure transport.

The console is closed and locked for use as depicted in the next step.
Step 3
Security & Usage

Upon generation, immediately place any paper or paper products into the lined console.

Continue to fill this container until it is full or ready to dispose.
Step 4
Scheduled Paper Shred Service

On your scheduled service day, we will perform a one for one exchange of the security liner from the inside of the console (leaving the 30 Gallon console in place).

Any paper that does not make it into the console prior to our arrival may be placed into the new container for pickup on your next scheduled service day.

We use a "bankers box" (10"x12"x15") as a consistent unit of measurement. If you do not have your material in a bankers box OR need your boxes back we will estimate the total volume at time of service.

Our drop off paper shredding service is perfect for those with larger or smaller shredding needs. You may drop off as little as 1 box or as many as 1000 boxes for secure destruction. Our team will handle the rest with our secure and reliable shredding service.

Electronic media, paper, film, or other hard copy media have been shredded or destroyed such that the PHI (Protected Health Information) or other information cannot be read or otherwise cannot be reconstructed, and have been processed to the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) Special Publication 800-88 standards of information destruction.

NO RETURNS! Once material has entered into the possession of SHRED-DOCS, it can not be removed under ANY circumstances (even if not yet destroyed). You, the Generator confirms title to the material and transfer of ownership to SHRED-DOCS for destruction as described herein.

Our facility operates with the highest level of security to ensure complete confidentiality of your sensitive documents. With our advanced shredding technology, you can rest easy knowing that your information is completely destroyed and unable to be reconstructed.

We use "bankers boxes" as a unit or measurement but you do not need to have your paper in bankers boxes. You may use anything that you'd like to transport your paper to us as long as it is easy to transfer the material from your container to ours.
