Prepare for Pickup

Access To Material: All material must be ready for pickup at the time of our arrival.

Curbside Pickup: Materials must be accessible by a large service truck and within the immediate vicinity of available parking.

Pickup & Documentation

Our Arrival: On your scheduled service date, we will arrive ready to move all material into our secure truck.

Certificate Of Destruction: Once all of the material has been loaded, we will provide you with an accurate count and record this information into our electronic manifest system.

We use a "bankers box" (10"x12"x15") as a consistent unit of measurement. If you do not have your material in a bankers box OR need your boxes back we will estimate the total volume at time of service.

We use "bankers boxes" as a unit or measurement but you do not need to have your paper in bankers boxes. You may use anything that you'd like to transport your paper to us as long as it is easy to transfer the material from your container to ours.
